I originally downloaded this from microsoft.com in 2012, however like a lot of freebies on the web it has long since disappeared from it's original location. So, here's my mirror of it.
If you watch my video Ten Years you can see an audio file named "Ballad of Blazing colors isn't available anym..." which is a reference to how when I was making that video I was on a very tight schedule and didn't have the time to search my old drives for the installer, which at that time I wasn't even sure if I still had it. This is in fact the original .exe file from my old hard disk I was using in 2012.
